“Beginning with our initial meeting I hit the ground running with paper and pencil in hand. First, we will discuss your long and short term goals, then explore all issues dealing with site, orientation, program, permitting, budget, and energy efficiency. As soon as we complete this review we will begin drawing your design options. Often, by the end of our first meeting, we will have preliminary design and massing sketches. My primary focus is to optimize your goals, work efficiently and make the design process educational, engaging and fun.”
